In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us(HUMAIRA LUXE) for a return authorization.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products purchased on sale or during clearance events are not returnable.
• Additionally, any product that is marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase will not be eligible for return.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item. 

REFUNDS 

Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at support@humairaluxe.com

INVALID REASONS

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3-8 days for your order to arrive.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible.
